Below is a brief description of the five other innovative technologies of specific applications, which can be created on the basis of the existing network software tools for optimizing DTIPs. We note here, that the need for the development of a whole technology occurs when the existence of only an optimization tool, that has obvious practical utility, is not enough for a broad, convenient and effective use of it. Such cases are considered here.
New technology of program-target planning
A key element of this technology is the multilingual network instrumental system "Ministry's budget optimization", version 1.0 (MNIS MBO 1.0). On its basis is proposed to create the new network technology of program-target planning, which will allow to form optimal budgets of ministries and other government departments, agencies and entities, as well as of complex target programs. This technology should meet the following two conditions:
convenience of working with economic and other classifiers, used in budget process, which may require modification of the user interface of program MNIS MBO 1.0;
availability of the expert technique to choose different weighting factors for solving optimization tasks in MNIS MBO 1.0, which should be based on the method of expert estimations and approved by the chiefs of the organization performing these calculations.
New technology of purchasing goods from wholesalers
A key element of this technology will be a missing so far localized version of the existing multipurpose multilingual network instrumental system "Investments optimization", version 2.2 (MNIS IO 2.2), from which will be removed all unnecessary features related to other varieties of sources of income. On the basis of this program is proposes to create the new network technology of purchase by a trader of piece goods (PG) from their wholesalers and manufacturers, which will allow to find optimal strategies of purchasing PG and their subsequent retail sale. This technology should meet the following two conditions:
opportunity to work with PG databases of that retailer for whom this technology will be implemented;
availability of the feature of collecting and processing statistics of PG sales both at the retailer himself, and at the respective wholesalers, as well as of the feature of automatic calculation on the basis on these statistics of the probability characteristics of purchase and sale of PC, which will be included into the PG databases used by this program.
New technology of securities trading
A key element of this technology will be a missing so far localized version of the existing multipurpose multilingual network instrumental system "Investments optimization", version 2.2 (MNIS IO 2.2), from which will be removed all unnecessary features related to other varieties of sources of income. On the basis of this program is proposes to create the new network technology of trading on a stock exchange by securities (SC), which will allow to find optimal strategies for their purchase and sale. This technology should meet the following condition:
availability of reliable function of forecasting changes of stock prices for SC, the essence of which is the automatic calculation of the probability distributions of a random time t to the appearance on the stock exchange of a request for purchase of SC of i-th type at the price Bi for their sample, provided that the current price of the sample is equal to Ai. (see [Бурлаков М.В. Об информации о продаваемых на бирже ... (Burlakov M.V. On Information about securities being sold on a stock exchange ...)]); such distributions (in tabular presentation) will be included into the database of the SC used by this program.
New technology of transportation control
A key element of this technology is the multilingual network instrumental system "Transportation optimization", version 1.6 (MNIS TO 1.6), which allows to solve the tasks of optimizing transportation of goods or people by one transport vehicle on the target points, whose number is no more than 18. On the basis of this program, as well as future ones of similar purpose (from any of their manufacturers) is offered to create the new network technology of controlling transportation. It will allow to find optimal strategies of transportation without the necessity to acquire for this purpose the expensive databases of roads networks (DBRNs). This technology must meet the following three conditions:
placement on the network server, that contains the MNIS TO 1.6 remote module of optimization, of files of the DBRNs for those cities for which the remote users will be able to find effective strategies of transportation;
operative update of these network DBRNs in case of appearing any changes in state of corresponding roads;
opportunity of expanding the features of this technology by adding new network software tools, allowing to solve other tasks on effective control of transportation, which are not available for MNIS TO 1.6.
New technology of public transport passenger delivering control
A key element of this technology is the multilingual network instrumental system "Public transport passenger delivery optimization", version 1.2 (MNIS PTPDO 1.2). On the basis of this program is proposed to create the new network technology of controlling delivery of a passenger by public transport, which will allow to find optimal strategies of delivering a passenger to his destination by existing public transport of types which you specified (all five types are: bus, trolleybus, tram, minibus and metro). This technology must meet the following two conditions:
placement on the network server, that contains the MNIS PTPDO 1.2 remote module of optimization, of files of the databases of roads networks (DBRN1s) and databases of routes networks (DBRN2s), which relate to those cities for which remote users will be able to find effective strategies of delivering themselves by public transport;
operative update of these network DBRN1s and DBRN2s in case of any changes in state of the respective roads and routes for public transport.
Currently, there already exist similar network technologies (call them by analogues), two of which are realized on the following websites: http://maps.google.ru and http://transport.uklon.com.ua. The benefits of the proposed new technology compared with the analogues are as follows:
accounting of a large number of initial parameters of the task, including, in particular, the following new parameters, which are absent in analogues:
position on the road network of pedestrian crossings and their parameters
arrival times at stops of transport vehicles, belonging to different routes and types of urban transport;
walking speed of a passenger;
obtaining a more accurate, detailed and better result in connection with the following:
presence of a larger number of initial parameters of the task being solved (see above);
presence of more detailed output information, presented in tabular form;
absence of any heuristics, that is typical for analogues (in our case takes place a pure optimization, which provides the best result).
